Last month, TECHNOSERVICE ELDOM organized specialized training sessions for more than 100 service technicians from across the country.

The goal was to improve their technical knowledge and practical skills, and to introduce the latest updates in servicing ELDOMINVEST appliances.

The program included both theory and practice. Participants learned about the 2025 product updates, the improved flange design, and watched demonstrations of safety systems in action.

Key topics covered heating and cooking appliances, electronic control systems, and best practices in diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance.

The training also included information on regulations, warranty processes, documentation, and customer communication, as well as real case studies and installation requirements.

Participants had the opportunity to visit ELDOMINVEST’s production facilities and logistics center in Varna, where they got a closer look at how the manufacturing process works.

The event highlighted ELDOMINVEST’s commitment to high-quality service and continuous development of its service network.
