ELDOMINVEST participated in the career forum at the University of Economics – Varna

As part of its efforts to attract new talent and strengthen its position as one of the leading employers in the region, ELDOMINVEST took part in the annual Career Forum organised by the University of Economics – Varna.

The event helps students better understand the labour market while connecting future professionals with companies from various industries. This year’s forum takes place from March 16 to March 19, with each day dedicated to a specific field:

March 16 – Information Technology, Marketing and Outsourcing
March 17 – Economics, Administration and Management
March 18 – Finance, Accounting and Auditing
March 19 – Tourism, Hospitality and Restaurant Management

The forum began with the setup of company stands, where the organising team assisted participants with registration and orientation. Student volunteers from the Student Council also helped companies prepare their stands and arrange their informational materials.

The official opening ceremony took place in Hall 1 in the main university building. It was attended by representatives of the university representatives, businesses, lecturers, students, and guests. In their opening speeches, they highlighted the importance of strong cooperation between the university and business, as well as the opportunities the event creates for students’ professional development.

After the opening ceremony, company representatives held direct meetings with students and graduates. Throughout the day, the students had the opportunity to learn more about the companies and explore opportunities for internships and employment.

ELDOMINVEST saw strong interest from students, especially in our internship programs. Many visitors shared that they would like to gain practical experience and start their professional journey, particularly in roles such as Marketing Specialist and Graphic Designer. There was also notable interest in job opportunities in information technology, sales, and logistics.

The forum provided an excellent opportunity for networking, exchanging ideas, and building future partnerships between the business community and the university.
